Katie Bigras (CNP, B.Sc.) is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with an joint honours degree in Environmental Science and Biology. She has a passion for science, the environment and holistic health optimization.
Katie Bigras is the founder of CAPMD and The Happy Hormone. After the onset of PMDD, Katie’s passion for healing became her obsession! Katie is dedicated to those suffering from PMDD and PME.
Katie is a scientist, nutritionist, writer, speaker, workshop leader, environmental sustainability enthusiast, traveller and hiker. An energizing and passionate speaker, Katie has given talks throughout North America.

Dr. Cheryl Allen is a Naturopathic doctor. As a woman and a mother of three young children, Cheryl feels a strong connection to the health concerns of women which led her to further training in the areas of perinatal, fertility, hormone and menopause health. Cheryl finds practicing as a naturopathic doctor is extremely rewarding. What she finds most rewarding about naturopathic medicine is honouring the uniqueness of each of her patients. The body constantly strives to be in balance and the symptoms the body presents are clues as to what is out of alignment.
